each piece of olivia moray jewelry is created by hand. orders typically ship within 3 days of purchase. once your order ships, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. if you need your item by a certain date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
all sales are final, so please be sure you are in *love* before purchasing an item online. if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to olivia directly at olivia@oliviamoray.com.
shipping:
domestic shipping will be sent via usps priority mail which is typically 1-3 business days. international shipping will also be sent via usps international priority mail and varies between 7-11 days.
jewelry care:
i use many different materials in my jewelry making including leather, crystals, silver plated beads, bronze plated beads, brass and 14k gold-plated hardware. some of these materials naturally oxidize over time with exposure to the elements. a lot of my jewelry can easily be polished with a metal polish or silver polish cloth. it is best to keep olivia moray jewelry away from water, as it can corrode the materials in the jewelry. things happen and we do offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. repairs are free of charge within six months of purchase, and available with a fee after six months.
custom orders:
